Abstract:

Background and Aim: Today, human resources are the most valuable asset of the organization. The entry of psychology into the management leap led to the use of various theories of psychology and citation and the creation of human relationships to explain the personality and behavior of the individual in the organization, and concepts such as motivation and organizational behavior were emphasized. Therefore, in order to get acquainted with the different dimensions of human existence and to create a better relationship and to create motivation and to maintain and ensure mental health in people, familiarity with psychology and behavioral sciences is necessary. Adopting an appropriate style will help the manager to establish communication, trust and respect among employees, and conversely, choosing the wrong management style will lead to employee dissatisfaction and ultimately the failure of the organization. Leadership style often associated with personality. Leadership limited to individuals whose personalities are limitless. Because people will often have more effective relationships with countless personalities. While the consequences of leadership style has been widely studied, little attention has been its consequences. In this regard, key trends research focuses on the determinants of cognitive schemas. Numerous psychological therapies have been developed over the years. Today, we are facing the third generation of these types of treatments, which can be called acceptance-based models, also known as postmodern psychotherapy. Such as mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. Psychological flexibility is achieved through six main process of acceptance and commitment. Each of these areas rather than just be a way to avoid injury. Have been conceptualized as a positive psychological skills. Therefore, it is necessary to achieve acceptable organizational maturity by empowering human resources through proper management and observing the principles of human psychology. It is their interests, talents and abilities that pay attention to the use of important techniques in psychology. The human relationship is created with compassion and a sense of responsibility towards employees within the organization and the creation of a social atmosphere in pleasant conditions and with an environment of mutual understanding and understanding. Human relations have been studied from different perspectives. The present study aimed to investigate the mediating role of psychological resilience in the relationship between leadership styles and early maladaptive schemas. Materials and Methods: In the current study, the Young Schema Questionnaire (short form), the Second Edition Acceptance and Practice Scale, and the Fiedler Leadership Questionnaire were used to collect information. The statistical population included the directors of physical education of the Ministry of Education. The present research method is descriptive-correlation based on structural equation modeling in which the structural causal relationship between direct and indirect variables was investigated using a correlation scheme. Also, due to the limited population, the statistical sample was considered as a whole (183 people). Inferential statistical methods were also used to analyze the obtained information. For this purpose, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to investigate the normality of data distribution. Then, using confirmatory factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha and modeling statistical methods were investigated. All descriptive and inferential statistical methods were calculated in the software version of Smart PLS 3. Results: According to the results of psychological flexibility, it has a positive and significant effect on relationship-oriented leadership style and a negative and significant effect on task-oriented leadership style. Another domain of orientation and the domain of constraints have a direct and significant effect on the task-oriented leadership style. The effectiveness and scope of disrupted constraints through the mediating variable of psychological flexibility have a significant and indirect effect on task-oriented leadership style. Conclusion: The purpose of this study was to investigate the variables of incompatible required designs first in leadership styles (task-oriented, relationship-oriented) through the mediating variable of psychological flexibility and to develop a model of task-oriented and relationship-oriented management practices in sports organizations and in most A conceptual pattern was performed And the results showed that the model of this research is in a good condition in terms of the mentioned indicators and this indicates that the data are appropriate. One of the categories of managers' professional development is their psychological characteristics. The importance of organizational relationships; Skills in communication processes with teachers as professionals as well as with students and their parents; Existence of different stakeholders and many other special characteristics have made having psychological and moral characteristics necessary for educational leadership. Managers to have the most impact on individuals and organizations must have psychological competencies such as flexibility, motivation for progress, self-confidence, having a spirit of empathy and compassion, responsibility, creativity, criticism, self-sacrifice and self-sacrifice. Therefore, by using the obtained results, the officials should use relational and task styles to better control the employees by identifying incompatible schemas and using the characteristics of psychological flexibility and by creating ductility towards personal and administrative decisions and procedures. In the Impaired limits , managers must respect the principle of respect and the rights and needs of others in human relations. They must accept that all human beings are equal and deserve equal rights. In Other-Directedness, it is suggested that managers express their needs and feelings in an appropriate manner as soon as they occur, rather than waiting for an opportunity to arise later or not expressing them at all. In the Over Vigilance and Inhibition, it is better for managers to have objective and positive predictions of future events and to reach the positive aspects of life, to pay more attention and to do more pliable and receptive rules. It can be argued that the common problems of organizations may be related to personality factors. Therefore, by giving importance to the personality traits of people in the workplace and even when hiring employees, it is possible to avoid many problems that may be encountered by sports managers later and in some way affect their job performance. Given the relationship between early maladaptive schemas and leadership style and the implications of these schemas, it is suggested: By identifying these schemas and flexibility with a focus on psychological variables, appropriate educational programs to reduce early maladaptive schemas and style change of leadership in sports managers through the development and implementation of schema therapy.
